ABOUT THE PROJECT
Located in the South, this 762 sqm. 2-storey tropical home has an open design that maximizes the view and the southwest and northeastern monsoon through its open layout and operable glass doors and windows. A residential project that looks into sustainable efforts, one of the design’s goals is to include the integration of accessible and durable organic, wood elements and other energy-efficient materials. Yet, the design remains aesthetic with the use of structural members that form part of the home’s look.
This residential also has wide hallways, floor-to-ceiling openings, and indoor greenery that make a lush green and spacious layout. Present in the home’s exterior and interior are the simple and minimal lines that create this clean design.
The residential’s complementary color schemes is a key feature of this tropical abode. For the exterior, the use of organic and wood creates a contrast between the white façade & ample Fascia Depth
