This 51 sqm. home features archetype patterns like classical paneling and tufting and modern silhouettes that help create its dark and sultry atmosphere.
It is a refreshing take on a masculine home built for multi-functionality with its lighting automation and specialized areas for work and relaxation.
In providing the construction for this project, GridCore Builders worked to ensure quality work despite the challenges on-site.
Given the limited number of workers allowed on the building, GridCore had to strategize to meet the project's schedule including the fabrication and sourcing of items off-site. It was also crucial for the team to deliver quality workmanship and painting works to fully realize the design intent.
By progressively improving on communication and coordination, GridCore was able to better anticipate client and designer needs.
